About AximoAssets

AximoAssets is an independent analysis service for residential property in Athens. Buyers use it to check a deal before they commit, and owners use it to price a property before they sell.

Every report compares the property with live listings in the same neighborhood, matched for size and condition. It shows the full cost of buying in Greece, the realistic rental yield after renovation, and the risks that usually surface too late: seller debt, building violations and short term rental licence freezes.

The service was built by a team that has invested in and managed Athens real estate for nine years, with roughly 200 properties under management. The benchmarks in the engine come from that portfolio, not from guesswork. Each report is reviewed by an analyst before it is released.

We are not a broker. We hold no listings and earn nothing on whether you buy. When there is not enough data to support a number, the report says so.
