Not investment advice
Reports are informational estimates based on market data available at the time. They are not investment, legal, tax or valuation advice and do not replace inspection, legal checks or a certified valuation. You decide and act at your own risk.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit and for keeping your password safe. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or automated scraping.
Accuracy of data
We work to keep market data current, but listings change and may be incomplete. When comparables are insufficient, the report states it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, AximoAssets is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report.
