Account details you give us: name, email, phone number and password. Property details and photos you submit for analysis. Basic usage data such as pages visited and the campaign that brought you to the site.

To create and deliver your reports, to contact you about them, to send updates you agreed to receive, to prevent abuse, and to measure which marketing channels work.

With your permission we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel to understand visits and measure our advertising. These tools are not loaded until you click Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that host the platform, send email and provide the measurement tools above, and when the law requires it.

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can object to marketing at any time. Email hello@aximoassets.com and we will reply within 30 days.

We keep account and report data while your account is active, and delete it on request unless we must keep it by law.
